The house was great, lots of space and very clean - especially for a lake house. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed! The passing helicopter landing was a sight, while noisy - but infrequent (blame Mr. pratt for that as his house was close by). "The home is modern and very clean. There is another home between this home and the bluff but there’s minimal activity. You can grill, soak in the hot tub, and hang out outside with privacy. Running into town was not a problem so quick trips to resupply are easy. We’d stay here again!"

We used to live in the Chicago area and many friends came out to say hello and spend the afternoon or evening. The sunset and view of the lake was incredible and, to be honest, on par with any beautiful vistas we've seen in California. It made me want to move back to the Great Lakes region. Also conveniently located close to the house but could still appreciate the views of the lake. We enjoyed a fire one afternoon so we could partake in the welcome gift of “s’mores makings”. They had plenty of dry wood and a fire starter. It was wonderful. We cooked breakfast and dinner every night and had everything we needed to be comfortable in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. Slept like a baby all 3 nights. This house is about a 3 mins drive from one park/beach and about 5-8 mins from Silver Beach. There appears to be tons of beach supplies too. This place truly has everything! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you for such a lovely stay!"

It was fully stocked with cooking supplies (spices, bowls, pots/pans), towels, and extra bedding. Lots of fun extras like board games, ping pong table, beach chairs, and sand toys. The hosts are so sweet with lots of personal touches and wonderful communication. Let me think of things not in the listing—the beds were very comfy and so was the bedding. It was extremely clean. There wasn’t saran wrap, tin foil, or plastic bags so you may want to bring your own. It is SO close to all the fun of St. Joe! There is no beach access at the property. We loved staying a few days here to experience the best of the big lake. The sunsets were absolutely incredible. Thanks for a wonderful time away. We enjoyed every minute!"

"My family of 4 had a great time at Blake's on the Bluff. From the location, it's easy to get to a number of beaches and hiking trails withing 5-15 minute drives. WE spent most of our time in St Joe, a great town with good shopping, restaurants, ice cream, etc. After a long day out, we would always catch the sunset back at the house, it was stunning every night. We got a lot of use out of the hot tub and even had a fire in the fire pit one night to make some s'mores. The house was a nice size and had plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. The kitchen was great for fixing meals, it had everything we needed. Erica and Alyssa are great hosts and truly care about delivering a great experience to their guests.
